    bleh of a session today tbh, yesterdays was good though.
    My mums car was broken into last night(nothing was taken) and when i got to teh gym i realised that the shed with both my bikes in it was left open last night, could not focus at all.

    Not to mention some ponce started complaining to me about banging the weights ( i dont even drop them that hard)

    Hammer strength shoulder press setted with machine shrugs:

    Thoughts:
    BLEH.
    upper back rounded horribly on the last deadlift, im ashamed :/
    Ironic how on a deadlift where my form went to crap, i injured myself doing dips. dont really wanna say anything else.

    the only other thing ill say is, that deadlift felt really really easy, i was planning to go for another 5-10kg until i saw the video :mad:

    Good work on the deadlift.

    And +1 to what L said. Use "Windows Movie Maker" (which should be available on all Microsoft operating systems) to edit out the standing around time in your videos.

    4 Im surprised no one has commended anything badly on the form? am i over reacting slightly? i felt burnt out from the volume up to that point and that rep still felt easy.

    oh and im not leaving the platform at the single lifts without 405 :P

    out of curiosity, why 20 inch wraps?
    already own a pair of 12 inch ones, on my next order ill get the next size up, i figure i should try em all out.

    Fair point and good idea. I thought maybe you had found something in the small print of the idfpa rules that said 36 weren't allowed. I bought a set of 36 inch ones a while ago and my wrists are completely immobilised in them, before you even try to tighten them. Truth be told they are too strong for me right now. I might start working on them soon though and try and loosen them out a little, even the 12 inch ones i Have now felt uncomfortable when I first got them.

    it was fairly piss tbh 2 second pause too!

    27.5kg x 8

    20 x 8 (back was fried from rows)

    Reverse Fly machine:
    35 x 10
    40 x 10

    Meh machine, didnt feel at all like i expected, pretty crap imo

    Thoughts:
    bench is a 2 rep pr from the last time i did 65kg
    and i failed the last time i tried to double 75kg and this time it was easy, getting stronger kicks ass

    Had a lil bit of scare mountain bikin today, attempting a relativly small gap, nose dived and slid 8 feet on my head then back, nothings injured badly but i cant remember anything..back001-1.jpg?t=1259341237
