    Good session, hit A squat pr, was in a rush, in case anyones interested....

    110kg x 1(PR)


    120 x 1 (PR)


    125 x fail :P


    session went like,
    77.5kg x 5
    90kg x 3
    100kg x 1
    110kg x 1
    120kg x 1
    125 x 0.
    had no time to retake my squat attempts, i was literally flying through this, think there was 40 seconds between 110 and 120 and 120 and 125

    should have gone lower on all attempts, probably wouldnt have passed in a meet but hey, always something to aim for

    120 would deffo have passed in a comp - nicely done!

    If ya had sacked up you woulda got that 125 too :p (and stop standing around for so long... you're wasting energy!!)

    Looks like you've a lot more to come in your squat if you just keep training it hard, get some extra ab work in and fill out a bit!

    cheers, yea i need to start up my abb work again, ive been slacking on it lately, my goal is to get to 110kg before the end of 6th year, because one of my friends weighs 55, i have a bet that ill double his weight :P

    8kg x 10 all done with straight arm, none of this bendy crap :P

    Incline Dumbell press:

    Dips:

    x 10 (shoulders where knackered before i started these.)

    Shrugs!

    all done double over hand, no chalk

    Thoughts:
    good day, feeling strong and had some fun, shoulders are gonna be knackered tomorow tho!

    i use wraps for anything over 40kg on shoulder press.
    no belt

    and i dont like bending arms on lateral raises, like you see some people doing them with the dumbell basically beside their pecs!
    altho i dont do them that often so im not really too sure.

    Cool, not sure how much I would get out of the wraps with the MP.. I'll use them this cycle and see how it goes.

    i get nothing out of the wrist wraps, just like the feeling ,my wrists are very fragile from breaking them lol :P

    Really? I thought the whole idea of lateral raises was that you kept your arms straight? I was never a fan of them either way though!

    Deadlifts to knees: off 10kg plates

    100 x 2
    forearms started bleeding after the 100 x 10, kept rubbing off my trousers. couldnt stand it.
    weight felt piss tho

    Good Mornings:
    40 x 8
    40 x 8
    30 x 8 paused at the bottom.

    Thoughts:
    the belt was crazy loose on my all out deadlift set.
    i popped an amonia cap before it and i just forgot to tighten it. bar was flying up tho. the rush from them is insane though, felt amazing.

    btw hanley was right, those amonia caps where probably a bit strong for me, a friend said to me after my set that my eyes where completely blood shot and dialated :P,

    OMG raw is awesome!. once i saw the chains i knew i was in love :).

    Today "kid in a candy store session"

    Ring pull ups
    1x8
    1x6
    1x5
    Rope pull ups + static hold
    3 x a good few. probably a 10 sec hold
    Rope climbing
    5 climbs fun!
    Squats with chains :D
    the chains where heavier than 20kg plates but im not sure by how much, im assuming 25kg.
    5 x 30 kg +50kg of chains
    2 x 60kg +50kg of chains
    2 x 70kg +50kg of chains
    1 x 80kg +50kg of chains

    looking at this now i realise this makes my last rep 130kg at the top, seeing as i had no belt with me and was squatting barefoot it doesnt look like the chains where 25kg, but they felt heavier than the 20kg plates :~

    CGBP
    52.5kg x 20 PB, triceps in agony tho.

    Leg raises, knees to head.
    3 x 12, slow negatives.

    Went in today with, bicep,back,glute,hamstring,abs and forearm doms.... came out with all of the above + shoulder and tricep doms...

    i dont think i recovered at all this week.
    thanks christ i aint training again till sunday. ive trained 5 days in a row now and i aint hanley so that didnt work out well.

    Btw i was adding up some stuff earlier and i realised on average i cycle 55km a week, pretty impressed with that :P

    forgot to update this shizz lol, two weeks ago i stopped being a vegetarian, i was losing weight and was anemic, no excuse but i got sick of it. when i stopped being a vegetarian i was 89kg i think, today when i woke up i was 98kg :D probably water weight came into it but still, im filling out!

    edit:i also forgot to mention that i dont look "fatter" in the mirror. so good news :P

    worked up to 55 x 1, PB not hard

    Gmings, muscle upd and push pressed to back

    Squats again.
    40 X 12
    50 X 20
    60 X 20

    I used a belt on anything over 85kg in this session. so my heaviest working sets.

    Thoughts:
    squats where good, i had to narrow my stance tho cause my hip was stiff, was interesting, i got more out of my belt because of it.

    They shall be the last sldls i do until i go to a physio, or PT. im 100% my back was arched perfectly and i still got a niggling in my shoulder, i only get it on SLDL Bor barbell and powercleans, deadlifts dont bother it at all.

    20 rep squats where mad fun!
    two reps out of the 40 where bad, both on the 60kg set, one of them i went too low and my whole back rounded, dunno what happened tbh.

    then rep 16, rep 16 the form wasnt bad per say, but about half way up i lost focus and just stopped pushing, took me about 8 seconds to complete the rep, hardest rep ive completed in my life.

    had to log this when i saw it, i am officially heavier than James Hanley today, still way weak, but fat weak now! half way there :P
