    newb, im 98kg of pure fat! but then im a foot taller than you, but then ive recently shaved my head, so you got a good bit of weight on me there, btw when i saw i was heavier than hanley, this song just popped into my head :pac::pac::pac:

    Thoughts:
    good day, looks like a lot of volume but it only took about 80 minutes. hit pbs everything felt strong, it was either 11 or 12 on military press but im not sure so ill call it 11, something to aim for next time i guess.

    when i do db curls i supinate my wrists before i start to curl, i dont do it on the way up.

    Thoughts:
    felt very strong today, could have gotten 10 on 140 no bother, unfortunatly my lunch didnt agree, at rep 5 i felt like i was gonna see it again, so i decided to drop it, got pissed off, decided to do some singles, 170 felt so easy, 5kg pr, i rechecked the plates twice!,
    180 was just a bridge too far unfortunatly, was pretty epic tho, quite a few people where watching me!

    I kept deadlifting because , well, i was having fun, i never really did sumo for reps so wanted to see how i did on it, you can really sit back into them which is neat.

    hyper and side bends really worked all my core, happy.

    By the way, anyone else feel like they are a better deadlifter in cons than barefoot, the heel goes back on the cons so i think i can lean back into it more, ive really started to get my hips low and really drive the bar up my shins, it hurts but its worth it :P

    i might make another attempt at 180 in a month or so in converse, see if i can get it :)

    Didn't you jsut hit a DL PR recently??? Good going!! Now stop doing that cos you're going to fcuking kill yourself before the single lifts if you do.

    And no... I deffo prefer slippers to cons.

    thanks , i only maxed out cause i had too much food to do reps, its mad tho, before i couldnt get 170 off the ground, it felt like air today! , i wonder then about the cons, its like i feel more comfy rockin back in them, i fell back on one of the sumo lifts!

    I lift in cons myself, tried barefoot and didn't like it.

    kept the same weight and went slower, reps where all nice and smooth no bouncing.

    Thoughts:
    great session, really enjoyed benching, im 100% sure i wouldnt have got 15 if it wasnt for that i am a champion sound track!

    i was listening to it and just got a feeling in the pit of my stomach that i only usually get when im really angry, it was awesome

    BOR and CGBP where both good, will push them both up next week

    Good session---
    squats where nice,

    front squats where weird, i unracked the 40kg from the rack, and my head started going dizzy, couldnt breath and my adams apple was pushing into my throat, i tried to start racking it again but kind of fell in and almost cracked my chin off the bar, took a 5 min rest after that and moved on.

    ive front squated 60kg before comfortably so im not sure what happened.

    technique looks pretty spot on to me

    Only thing I would say is that you seem to be breathing into your chest, not your stomach. It doesnt really matter too much on GMs, but if you do the same when squatting, you won't be getting as much tightness/pressure into your stomach as you should

    edit: nice pr too, thats a lot of reps for a "3" day into your 4th wave

    cheers both of ya! good call on the breath, and yea it happens on squats aswell, altho its getting better, im not fully into stomach yet, but im nearly half and half, i cant get a full breath into just my stomach currently,

    and yea, i seem to have no problems with the weights, i didnt even set my max that low on squats, the reason i usually end up stopping around 10 is i get freaky tired, the legs and back can usually go for more.

    safety rails will be up higher next session jayooo

    im off creatine now till the 7th of january, i usually feel a bit stronger when i take a week or two off it and come back and i dont notice a drop in strength coming off it at all!
