    narrower grip and stance, my grip was on the soft part of the bar in the middle, and my knees where rubbing my elbows.

    I did **** all, was with a friend, wasnt gonna get anything done

    seated shoulder press is weird, id say i have more power on them, but i prefer standing, my balance is better

    Thoughts:
    Ok day, a bit upset about squats being high though, i noticed my stance got wider which made it harder to go lower,i think its a phycological effect from the weight(aka i get scared!)

    Serious session today, put up good numbers, good form, pretty content

    90kg 1x4 2x5
    Got my depth rockin here, narrowed my stance in, hips werent fckin me over, I missed depth on a few, and the last rep on 3rd set was a disaster, heels came up like 3 inches!

    60kg 5x3 (finally got back into these, back was fine, no worries) Form was pretty good aswell

    Thoughts:
    Squats improved, staying with 90kg for 2 more sessions, gonna nail in depth, then take it slowly again

    I Hate dips, they seem to react badly with my bench

    L Curlz are 21s but done with wide-grip, then close grip, then reverse- grip!!

    i hate wide grip, fcks up my forearms, thats why i only do one set of ez curls, they cant stand 3 sets

    worked up in singles to 135kg!
    with no chalk haha
    I really wanna get 140kg.
    And i was gonna go for it considering how easy 130kg went,
    but i played it safe for 135 then tried 140kg.
    but i got it two inches off the ground, my back started to go, dropped it to play safe

    got a belt, creatine and protein today, had some free time getting **** done.

    90kg 3x5- form was spot on, really deep, 2-3 inches below paralell maybe.Belt helped alot

    150KG Bench that ya bollox ye. Felt good, only thing that was probably gonna give out where hamstrings. i like the belt alot :D

    Belts are great, I'm glad mine's fitting better now. :o Did you get chalk yet? That's got to be good for another few kilos. It annoys me that you're close to my 1rm, but congrats all the same!

    ive always had chalk, just forgot it the last day, my grips always been really solid from mountain biking anyway, id say i could hold onto a 190kg bar no bother :P, thanks btw!

    the belt is a bitch for breathing in squats haha, after each set i was scrambling to get it off, i went as tight as i could, then let all the air out of my stomach and put on another notch :D

    Unless you're too fat for your belt like I am/was it shouldn't be making it hard to breathe that's going to get in the way of holding up a big weight. It should be a notch or half a notch loose. Then you breathe down with your diaphragm and lock your abs against the belt, at least that's how I've seen it described and try to do.

    well, i was exaggerating a bit, but like when im breathing, maybe 2/3ds through the breath id be already pushing against teh belt

    Completely bolloxed.Just got off a 13 hour shift, had been awake 16 hours at this stage i think.

    92.5kg 2x5
    92.5kg 1x4 -form was getting loose, left it at this, i came up
    on my toes on last rep, not pleased at all :D

    50kg 2x5 sitting (back was giving me some hassle while standing) sitting is easier, by alot imo

    Thoughts:
    I was completely bolloxed today and still hit some good numbers, creatine maybe? ill reserve judgement till monday when i will be training right after taking creatine.
