Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey folks.

I'm starting to get a very odd pain in my knee when i start running after about 5-6 minutes the pain goes away and i'm ok for the rest of the run, but a few hours later it might start to niggle again when walking.

I usually warm up brisk walk for 15 mins and stretches before running so I'm usually pretty well warmed up by the time i start running.

just wondering am i ok to keep running on it?

Please read the charter. We can't give medical advice so I'll have to lock this.

PS - Probably best to get a professional to look at it.
