Camcorder Video > DVD thru TV? Possible?

    Anyone know if its possible to transfer home movies on camcorders to a dvd recorder through being played on the TV?

    depends on the TV really, what model is the TV

    Its a Philips plasma screen with 3 scart connections and another video/audio connection at the side.

    well the way i would do it is to connect the camcorder straight to the dvd recorder and make your copies that way. then if the DVD recorder is connected to the TV you will see the signal passing through
