I've attempted a couple of not-so-expensive cards to date, but in each case the RCA TV-Out quality is absolutely terrible when connected to a TV or projector - certainly not useable to watch a DIVx video on playback directly form the PC.

Can anyone recommend a PCI card that gives a high quality video component output (not RF) that I can rig to the AV input of my TV (projector) ? I don't need capture or other capability, although I know most cards have multiple function.
