Thats bull. Its not a useless degree in cases such as going on to study equine veterinary, genetics, medication, physio?
To get there you need the degree.

I moved these posts from the "My college course" thread because that thread is not for chatting in, as is stated in the first post.

Everything's a science these days. Sounds better when you're asking for funding.

Besides, you don't need to work on a BSc to be doing a science degree. Look at Theoretical Physics in TCD, that's a BA. Doesn't mean a thing in the end though.
