Best 'all-in-one/sound bar' surround sound speaker for under €350

Hi, I have a toddler so don't want to go for multiple surround spearkers. Therefore the best option ( I think) is get one of the long rectangular speakers that you place under/in front of the tv- e.g. Yamaha YSP 600 etc. Which one would you recommend if budget is max €350- obvioulsy will look online for cheaper prices…

DID have the Phillips HTS6100 (Soundbar w/DVD upscaler 1080p) for €295 right now. But I dont know too much about audio systems myself:)
