    Hi all Im new(to this boards section anyway). The Gf and myself will be looking to rent in the south co.Dublin area soon.
    Its my first time renting. I had a quick glance a guide in the stickys.
    Just wondering are rent prices negotiable? and if so where should I start? We'll be looking for a one bed about E900. So should I go for the E1000 places and try get the price is am I expecting to much? :confused:

    I got mine down from 440 to 400 just by asking. Can't hurt to ask and as it is most definatly a renters market you should be able to get it down.
