Eircom Download Cap

I have been with Eircom for the past 3 years and am on a 30GB cap. I regularly go over this limit, never exceeding 40GB though. I have never been charged anything extra or had my service throttled. I was thinking about changing to somewhere with an unlimited cap, but I think Eircom might hit me with a charge for my past…

I was thinking about changing to somewhere with an unlimited cap, but I think Eircom might hit me with a charge for my past excess usage if I leave them. Has anyone else been hit with a bill for past excesses?
