Registering my cash card

Basically I got a cash card in the post sometime last year but never activated it. I've lost the pin but have the card, is there any way of activating it online or without the pin? Or maybe I could get a new pin online? I'm with Ulster Bank.

Ring your branch and ask them to post out the PIN again. AFAIK, the cards need to be activated by being used in an ATM, so you would need the PIN to do this.
