    Me too. Excellent stuff.

thank you. I needed some over the weekend so needed to just pick up somewhere. If I order online will probably just get from Green Egg in Limerick but will also try these folks.

I've been looking on-line for a smoker box for a gas bbq - but it's not very promising. Is there anywhere where I could get one? I only saw one in person in Homebase but shop has closed now.

Dehydrated vinegar powder. For use with sushi rice. Any idea where I'd get it?

    What's it for, making sushi?

I mixed it in with the rice, it was in the sushi pack I bought a few weeks ago. Stocking up on all the equtraments separately now, and its the only thing I couldn't find today.

where so you you typically buy charcoal? I went to three stores (in Cork) on Saturday and all said charcoal is seasonal and will not be in until summer! The Weber place was closed by the time I got there and would assume they sell charcoal year round.

    get mine from

    http://www.irishcharcoal.com/

quick delivery and a great product

Thank you - will keep in mind.

I got the last two bags at the Pavilion as Weber did not even have any. Lesson learned and will order online and keep a stockpile. I lived in USA for a while and got used to charcoal being available everywhere.

We really do need a proper movement here to get people to cook outside 365 days a year. I use my gas BBQ in hail, rain and snow and cannot imagine ever cooking meat indoors anymore.

I wrap the chips in tinfoil and poke holes in it. Never really saw the need for a smoker box.

I've pulled the pork to eat tomorrow. It's drowned in peach and scotch bonnet BBQ sauce of my own invention.

The beef ribs turned out lovely flavour wise. The bark to meat ratio was off though. Next time I'll cut the rack in 2 and cook it instead of individual ribs.

If you haven't done beef ribs, get them. The flavour is superb. Better than brisket IMO.

Pretty sure the RRP price is bogus but £815.00 is a very good deal.

The Irish dealer quoted me €1,703.07 for one of these.

Are you in the UK for delivery?

I tested and it would not take parcelmotel, which is NI, but it did take addresspal, which is anposts mainland UK version.

No idea what the charges would be for something that size.

Would Parcel Motel take something so large? I doubt it.

    Would Address Pal?
