    Yep. DeV isn't listed as a mod of any forums but I added 1 for him anyway. Star-pants makes it 490 or so.

    I think it's just a list of everyone who is a moderator. It just so happens that all Smods and CatMods and (some) admin also moderate forums (or rather are down as forum mods)as well as moderating the site and/or a category.
