I have lost some music I had downloaded from the iTunes music store. Is it possible to redownload them free of charge?

I had a similar problem a while back. I downloaded a couple of albums to my IPhone which disappeared when I synced the phone with my computer. If you go into your account in itunes you can view any purchased albums. There is an option somewhere to submit a query or something i relation to any of the listed purchases. I just told them what had happened and within a day they replied by email to say my albums were available for download on my itunes account.
