Diet Problem

    Im female, 12 stone and a size 14...I eat 1400 cals a day and walk for 45 minutes every day, but I can't seem to lose weight? What should I change about my diet/exercise to lose at least 2 pounds a week? Or at least drop a dress size by toning up?
