    What are the membership criteria for access to the Lolocaust forum ?
    I tried PM'ing Rabies and Onkle but got no response.

    So, you see, it's a bit of a catch-22.

    I think in this case, it's an invitation-based forum, like many of the private forums on the site. You sort of have to prove that you wouldn't be offended by the types of jokes in that forum.
