Anyone on Three with Tocco Ultra +Internet Addon

    Is anyone on three and brought the samsung tocco ultra? If so can you buy the internet add-on?

    I keep getting authorisation failure and customer service keep telling me to wait 48-72 hours. Bit fed up now!

    Did you try turning off the phone to reboot it? Are you trying to buy it through my3?

    hey.

    I've
    -Restarted the phone
    -Deleted cache
    -Deleted Cookies
    -Tried in another phone
    -Tried online

    Put another sim card in my phone and it worked. So definately my account!

    Sounds like it is a sim issue. Drop into a 3store and they will give you a replacement
