Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Russell Brand has returned to the airwaves tonight with a new show with Noel Gallagher on the UK station talkSPORT.

The show can be heard in Ireland on 1089 Medium Wave or web at http://new.talksport.net/index.asp.

The show is very similar to his BBC show but more focused on football.

No Matt Morgan on this show, I think he is gone forever from the radio shows, he was a true radio legend, and I don't think the incident would have happened if Matt was still controlling the buttons.

The amazing thing about his radio shows is how when Matt or Noel are in studio they really add to the whole event and Brand bounces off the different personalities and this especially gives Noel Gallagher a very different public persona to the one in the press. Imagine a few years ago the thought of Noel Gallagher co hosting a radio show with a comedian, it was not something I ever thought i would see.

However it was good show with plenty of stuff to upset the Daily Mail. Russell, Noel and Mr Gee talking about Football and other stuff, phone calls to Jonathan Ross and Steve Lomas and an answer phone message for Barack Obama much more sport than before but a good return for Mr Brand.

The podcast is available from talkSPORT website and if you have never listened to a show then this is as good a place to start. The highlights of his BBC shows have been released and are available on Play or Amazon and are a great way to find out what all the fuss is about.
