We've just confirmed that 3rd degree BJJ black belt Phil Migliarese will back here in Dublin to do a seminar on May 8th and 9th. Friday night will be No Gi/MMA Saturday will be Gi Location: Defend U Ireland Training Studios, Unit 4 Grattan Business Park, Clonshaugh, Dublin 17. I'll get back with times and price later :)
