If you have either sent the invite out, or are the away team awaiting the invite, I would suggest you make an effort - pm him here, or leave a post on their guestbook - to show you have tried to organise the friendly, and that its not your fault it wasn't organised.

Woke up in bits this morning so when i logged on i didnt put two and two together and rejected the the flying whales friendly request as i wanted to keep the space free for the cup so iv sent the request. apologies over my stupidity

Sent out PMs to the managers of The Rebels, PnG Wanders, Cats, The Flightless Birds and The Blackouts, waiting for replies to all but PnG (Zaraba) who has sent his/her invite.

The Blackout invite sent now as well.

Couple of questions, is it a knockout cup? If so, how were the home/away advantages chosen?

Its a straightforward knockout, Steve will presumebly deal with the fixtures for the next round. I'm not sure playing at home matters in a friendly but we'll do things in an arbitrary process.
