Can you tell me why grapefruit juice would cause constipation? Googling it, it should relieve constipation. Do you know why it is used in Gallbladder flushes?

As far as I know grapefruit juice relieves constipation? Have never heard of it causing constipation. Another good remedy is two tablespoons of virgin coconut oil which you can get in a healthfood shop.

There's no proof other than anecdotal that gallbladder flushes actually work.

The stones seen are actually a consequence of a big does of fat with a big does of acid and fructose, rather than the cure.
