    Yup in good old nuig.

    The chalk is a great help, though its a bit messy.
    the 190kg felt rough, the 140kg for 8 felt much more satisfying, i felt as though i could have hit 10, but form would have been destroyed.

    I use right underhand grip for the heavy ones, Im noticing the left side of my back seems to be taking the most punishment, prehaps i need to change grip more often.

    Im finding squats a bitch at the moment. Have compleatly lost form, however i do like jumping squats,

    Also there is a nice hill beside my new gaff, so when the time for cutting comes again i will be set

    Squatting after heavy deadlifting is going make them a bitch tbh. Chalk is great. I assume you were in the small room, dunno how you'd hold onto 190 if it was on the bars in the main gym!

    No it was in the main part.
    Its a bitch tring to keep grip constantly witout actually resting the bar between reps.

    Its ok to reset after every rep you know! I know you weren't sure about competing next year but you've got a great pull atm and the best part of a year to train for a comp next year, its worth thinking about. I'm going to be in over the weekend are you going to be around?

    To be honest i dont think id like to compete even if i had amazing lifts, think id get too nervous. I might be i tomorrow, or else def monday at some stage. Think i will prob just stick to some simple stuff like benching and shoulder pressing.

    I would like to get onto the 50kg dumbbells for benching, at the moment my best is 46kg dumbbells for 5, the hardest part is getting them safely up for the first rep

    havent been the gym in few days before this, and my diet has been shocking, so today was just an easy day. and im sore at the moment.
    Stomach is sore from the weighted knee raises. Love single arm floor press. Barbell shoulder press felt good, low weight and higher reps really fatigued my shoulders.

    tomorrow will be back and legs, once again nothing too heavy, no squats or deads, will bring in some BORs

    Ahhhhh all my motivation has gone and so has my gym membership :mad:,
    Hmmm should i rejoin the college gym? well of course i will as im very close but i might try and see if i can get into the special room, the one which doesnt have massive holes in it :(.
