    Thanks buddy. the 170 felt as though my legs locked at the beginning and then my back was compleatly rounded, watching the video back, it doesnt look to bad, but i will def put it up for some advice.

    Wasnt in the college gym

    Trained at home in local gym, u would be able to see it if my sh1thead of a phone would send the video to my youtube account, but it won't, it will take my cred thou:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    does your phone have bluetooth?
    if so, you could buy a bluetooth dongle, you can get one i click for about 25 euro, cheaper online, install it, pair it with the laptop and transfer it to your laptop that way, then upload it to youtube in the conventional way.

    hahah, yeah man, i was gona say hello, but then i was kinda thinking ud be siting there and id come up all sweaty "its me from the internet (insert heavy breathing)" haha.

    i think that video was actually from earlier on in that day. My friend ryan will be back down to college morro, so we have been planning to start gyming properly.

    would be cool to have a gym date:p :pac:

    well i wasnt in the mood to put too much weight on my back that day, so i was using very light weight and tring to go as low as possible and pause at the bottom, that grip was just comfortable at the time, i havent squated anything decent for a long time, think max wud be 130kg at the moment

    Yup, have rejoined nuig, its just so handy location wise. i think i will try and go during the morning in future. owever i do think i might pop into the galway city gym an odd time just for a change.

    I have heard that there is a new gym opening out in salthill. What bout your good self

    Was thinking about gcg depending on where I end up finding a new house. I just don't like the nuig gym or the equipment in it. Didn't know about any new gym in salthill though do you have the name? That might solve all my problems depending on the set up.
