  • Closed Accounts Posts: 703 ✭✭✭jayoo

Cheers cardio, i forgot the chalk up in galway. Whot you think of the improv sled :pac:

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,462 ✭✭✭cardio,shoot me

i thought it was pretty funny actually,i was more intrigued by where you where training though! is that a green house or something?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 703 ✭✭✭jayoo

It was used for growing mushrooms, so its compleatly void of flight. With the right equipment it could be an amazing training area.

The sled (pallet:rolleyes:) was crazy tough, i added another 20kg to it and only managed one length.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 703 ✭✭✭jayoo

    unilateral work

explain yourself my good man, and actually what affect does mixed grip have on your back when deadlifting, should i be swapping grip around, my mixed grip is right hand under, and i can always feel that the felt side of my back is being worked more,

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,333 ✭✭✭✭itsallaboutheL

    Dumbell Presses
    Split Squats
    Step Ups
The HS machines that allow you to work each side independently

    etc

What L said, plus db rows, lunges, one legged deadlift variations-basically most stuff with dbs or only one limb (its late and I can't explain better). You probably should swap your grip around for sure.
