    Haven't slept since last session.

    Went to Galway City Gym after work. Oly a few i but really nice friendly atmosphere. Was pretty fooked so didn't do much, couldn't even bench the 40kgs, got 3 and had to stop.

    chinups/ Lat pulldown

    Rows

    Shrugs supersetted with bicep curls.

    Cleans/snatches.

    Got my olympic rings today:), am tempted to bring them to gym tomorro and attempt some pushups on them.

    Diesel crew have a few lovely videos using the rings. Think i will need a bit or practice first before i bring them into the gym.
