Help with 30th birthday

Been seein a guy a year.. What to do for his 30th. He is wrighting exams the day after the official birthday which falls on a Sunday.... So he will be studyin before..... His passport is out of date so out of the country is not an option. Id like to supprise him and he isnt into big get togethers.. WHAT TO DO .. HELP....…

By the way. I have about 250 to spend..

BBQ and beers at your house with friends maybe? Wouldnt cost too much if you shop around for beer offers etc. They're usually pretty laid back and guys love bbq'ing (what's that all about?!:rolleyes:)
