Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    John,
As you are new, it would be a good idea to take a little while to look around this site.
It will also help you no end if you read the Forum charter when you visit a particular forum.
For instance, this is the Help Desk, for help with your account or for complaints regarding the site.

As I have no idea what you are talking about I have no clue which forum I should move this thread to.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and make the guess that it's either the DIY forum or perhaps Motors?

Beruthiel, google says it's some sort of gas burner. I've no idea what it might be used for either.

John, have you tried contacting Riello directly in relation to your problem?

Its in the right forum. Contact riello directly or contact anybody that supplies them Firebird being one!

I have never heard of this problem people usually replace them once they give trouble.

Its cheaper in the long run

What fuel is is running.... Kerosene or Gas Oil?
It could be a number of things but wrong fuel pressure can do that...... !!
Does it happen in the mornings only??
It might need to be re-commissioned.... will help fuel consumption if it is badly tuned:)

Riello have had problems recently with oil pumps on burners that are less than 2 years old. But really you need a service engineer to check it out.
