Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are you ringing from a mobile by any chance? I only ask because that number can only be reached from a landline. That's Microsoft's support number and most likely scenario is they'll take the console for repair which should take a few weeks but the reason that Xtra Vision are forwarding you to them is for reimbursement of the discs. They'll ask you to speak to the disc manufacturer most likely though.

It happened to me before. is the xbox standing up? i hit off mine while it was standing up and it marked all the disc when it moved. I now have it down flat and no problem since.
