Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Yup, should be good, L4D needed a game mode just so you can have a quick blast now and again - campaign and versus modes take up too much time sometimes.

    Well done Valve for making this a freebie too, makes a change for DLC on the 360.

    Downloaded it last night and traded in Left for dead today, never much of a fan of the game in the first place , think gears is far superior.Held on for the survival thinking it might be like hoarde but have to say imo its nothing like hoarde.

    I honestly can't see how anyone would think Gears is superior to this game. It came out in December and I'm still playing it several times a week.

    Survival is great! My best time (with my awesome team) is 18 minutes so far, on one of the Dead Air maps. Played against some Valve people last night on Death Toll and beat them, wooo. I had no intention of quitting this game anytime soon, and with 2 "new" Versus maps and a new mode, that definitely isn't happening. Every time we play, even months on now, something new and cool happens every time.

    I'm really considering getting this on 360 as well just for the live community although the guys on steam are great fun to play with it's just I'm sure it will die down after a month like when it was first released. The DoW2 beta seemed to kill it.

    Anyway had a quick go of survival and thought it was great. It's good for a good quick game and very arcady. It's a bit like Robotron 2084 but with zombies :)

    If you get it on 360 drop me a message sometime, I play it quite a lot with a regular group, I'm sure you can join in. I've ended up playing it a lot more on 360 than PC, because I've got so many people on my friends list playing it still.

    Just make sure you have most added to your friends, lots have been playing regularly since release day :D:)

    Well done anyway. I was playing last night on steam with the lads from boards and I was absolutely awful. Thankfully they were playing for a laugh as well and more interested in doing Admiral Ackbar and street fighter impressions over the mic than whining at me :)

    Cheers dude. Yeah it's a great game for a laugh, especially when it's your turn as Infected, lots of down-time to just act the eejit.
