Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

yeah, I always wondered about that. I reckon they were put there for show to be honest. If the BCD2000 (and 3000) is anything to go by I don't think Daft Punk would have a problem free live performance..ever!

Without intending to kick off a debate about live performances of electronic acts, I seriously feel Daft Punk cannot do much live, especially when you see how well timed the lighting is etc..

Agreed. I had a BCD2000 and it was a piece of crap. But aparently the others are not that bad, there is a powerered slider one that is very basic but cheap and does the job.

Alongside the Begringers are some custom built midi controllers which i'm sure do most of the work,

I have that one. the bcf2000. don't really use it, but having 8 motorised faders for the price is amazing.

That daft punk setup makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.
    Saw it two years ago.

I think that picture was put in mixmag (think it was mixmag anywho) at the same time a few of their livesets started popping up on the internet and they were identical, thus fuelling 'daft punk are playing a cd when you go to see them "live"'.

anywho bcr2000 - a good buy for anyone needing lots of rotary controllers.

just to wade in a little ..... I had intended buying one of those when they came out but found that the BCA2000 also had a decent enough audio interface, which is nice.
