Does anyone know where this picture is shot?

Hi, does anyone recognize where this picture has been taken? it must be from near O'Connell street/Heineken building...but is there a building that high? Or is is taken from the air?

thanks for letting me know your ideas, I'd love to try and take this photo myself.

It's looks to me that it might have been taken from the top of the Ballast Office building. That's the one with Carroll's on the ground floor.

someone send it to me by email, not sure where it is from. This one is from a postcard (as you can see) is it shot from the same spot you think? looks higher up?

Looks to be from the same spot, only a different floor. I posted the building above. the first picture gives a better view of why i say this one.
