    Are you looking for the compouters at the other end of the house to be on the same lan or seperated from the computers connected to the Belkin router, if you want them on the same lan you'd need a switch if you want them seperated get a router and make sure the IP subnet is different

    Yeah, want to be on the same lan, and to be able to share files etc. So a switch it is?
