    Have you considered Meteor ?

It isn't really broadband. Meteor probably is your best bet if you have to go mobile. It's called 'mobile' because it's designed for mobile and not good for a fixed line DSL replacement..as I found out with 3 midband.

Meteor still has very poor Mobile 3G/HSPDA coverage. Vodafone and 02 far better. Depends on area though. But it designed for MOBILE not real Broadband.

The worst is without a doubt, Three. Best is a subjective term, but the most recommended would probably be O2. Meteor has poor coverage at the moment. They've probably got very few customers yet too, so contention or congestion is not likely to be an issue yet, though that is likely to change.
