Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well some of those newbs threads throw the odd interesting conversation...wasnt there one than turned into a big thread about bicep curls recently??

But to be honest i think the more advanced posts tend to pop up in people logs...some of the more advanced lifters asking about their form or different lifts and more knowledgeable people answering.

A sub-forum for the non-newbs would just lead to newbs not getting questions answered and then they would stick with poor programs and not see the gains they possibly could see

Fair enugh maybe a sticky of some kind but i think a sub forum would be a step too far
