Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Very good, I saw "push jerk" in a log and wondered what it was, I had already been doing them! I do them on the last few reps of a military press to get a negative in.

    We're planning on hosting another invitational Sept 26th (provisional date) so that's something to keep your training focused over the summer!

    cheers for putting that up - it will inspire me to work that little bit harder.

    Did Barbara yesterday (29.45mins - not sure how that compares). 20 pull ups, 30 press ups, 40 crunches, 50 squats for 6 rounds.

    Gotta work on my dam pull ups!!
