Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How to get to Spa and where to stay

    Hello,

    I'm thinking about going to Spa for the race but I kind of need some advice about where to stay and how to get to the track. It seems that there are shuttles buses to some place called Verviers but I've read stories about how people have been left stranded by them after the race.

    So I was thinking, for those who've been to Spa before, maybe they could respond with some tips as to where they stayed, how they got to the circuit, which airport they flew into etc. Apparently Maastricht in Holland is the nearest airport but I've found it impossible to get any flights there. The booking engines on the websites make it seem like there are no scheduled flights there!

    Also Mods, how about starting a seperate thread for most, if not all of the races. People could post their experiences and tips for going to each race and it could help others who are looking to go in the future.

    just talking to a guy who has working in the f1 for a few years now... he said that the best way to do it is to camp... no worries of getting there as your beside the track... he said the roads to it are very small and it takes ages to get to the track... i think i might camp as even now hotels are over 150 euro a night anywhere around... see if i can get anyone to go or tag along with someone now... hmmm..
