Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem scrolling in Google Chrome

I'm using Google Chrome the past few days. It seems decent enough. I'd only really be visiting a few sites anyway, Boards - Banking - News etc.

But what I have noticed is that when reading a long page and you want to get beck to the top - Using Internet Explorer you can click the scroll wheel on your mouse and drag the mouse to the top or bottom of the page and it will scroll quickly. Google Chrome doesn't seem to offer this..... Anyone know a reason why??

    Thanks.

I can only guess that Chrome doesn't implement native scrolling. I remember the old IntelliPoint 4.x mouse software for Microsoft mice had a feature which allowed scrolling in applications with no native scrolling but they removed it from version 5.0. If you have XP and a PS/2 mouse (doesn't matter who makes it) try to get hold of IntelliPoint 4.12 and see how it goes.

Yeah they didn't implement it in the current official version, but if you switch to the beta version click/drag scrolling works.

Yup. Switch to the developer version here: http://dev.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel

I'm on it. Works like a charm. Had to use a PC the other day with only IE and I just... couldn't..
