    This rock band thing in the lounge sounds like a laugh. Is Rock Band similar to Guitar Hero? I was handy at that. Haven't played it in ages though.:(

    Rock Band is designed by the people who made GH1 and 2. They were the first to use the drums and mic. So yes pretty much the same thing.

    It's definitely for students but I'm not sure if staff can park there. You do need to get a sticker from the SU or the car may get clamped...

    There's usually a few free spaces outside Courtbrack Accommodation if you want to try there!

    3rd Year Groups 2 and 3 are having our "class party" tonight. Clem Smiths at 9:30 followed by Costello's. It's open to everyone though, so it'd be awesome to see some of the non-Group 2/3 people there too :)

    That was blatant vote-catching, she was never going to be have the power or the authority to do something about the parking situation.

    At that time, the new building was scheduled to be completed and open by the start of semester 2 (2months ago)..

    Once it opens the prefabs are planned to be knocked and additional parking provided.

    So while she may have been vote-catching its not her fault the building was delayed

    I'm with IO here unfortunately, even if the new building was up and running and the parking was there, it's not like it was something she was providing. She was just hoping to ride the wave of success.

    I don't see how it wouldn't get "cliquey" we're a very small group of people in the same college. That in itself is cliquey!

    A picture of a piano, and piano as Gaeilge! I think it was Seachtain na Gaeilge when I put it on. Sorry there's nothing deep or symbolic about it:o!
