To do it properly, like most jobs, takes skill. I think the point is that so many estate agents do it badly. Lazy ads, little attempt to reflect the changing market, not answering emails, no apparent attempt to do anything new.

There's a question. As highly-skilled professionals in a transformed marketplace, estate agents should be bubbling with new ideas. What innovation has an estate agent made in the last twelve months that you admire?
