I think jervis, rcsi, stephens green and parnell do good enough all day deals.

Thanks guys, am just up there for a couple of days, so renting a parking spot for by the month might be a little overkill (Altho, I guess I could give him a call, see if he's inclined to renting it out for a week, till he gets permanently shut of it?)

Most parking spaces in Dublin are listed by the month but you could negotiate a price for a few days.

This being Ireland, one of the best companies for car parking is Irish rail.

Connolly and Heuston both have car parks.

http://www.irishrail.ie/your_journey/carpark_information.asp gives you the prices.
