hi all, anyone know if there's a standard fee for cancelling service while still in contract with NTL?

You might not be able to cancel the service at all if you're still in contract with them.

They do have a "downgrade fee" of €10 but if you got NTL say two months ago and now want to cancel, then as you're still contracted for the year, you could owe them for the remaining 10 months.

The only way you'll know is by contacting NTL themselves.
