    Cowan makes a visit to U.C.Hospital Galway (just for show, they managed not to have any pesky patients waiting in trolleys). They even managed to find money to redecorate the place for the visit. Perhaps we should invite him to come every weekend.:rolleyes:

    What time was he there? there was traffic gridlock around 4pm at Woodquay and all of a sudden 3 garda cars came out of two junctions and started directing traffic which i thought was unusual.
    Was Cllr. Conneely at the hospital welcoming the taoiseach to a hellhole?

    The same day someone I know was told not to bother coming as they didn't have a bed for him and weren't exactly sure what he was due to come in for!

    About time they redecorated that place! Wouldn't they want it looking bad to get more funding?..meh, guess its them big wigs trying to save their jobs in the HSE
