Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Photo Montage thingy, help please

    New to this part of Boards, but i need help and this site has never let me down before

    Basically i need to know the name for a photo thats made up of hundreds of smaller photos?

    Normally its a portrait of someone

    They've been done with Obama, (and Myra Hindley!!) I saw one at a party and thought it was brilliant

    Second question is where can i get them made?

    I can't remember their exact name off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure sites like Photobox.ie do them or similar - I'm on my mobile broadband at the moment, so it'd take me a day or two to find it, but have a scout about.

    they're called photo mosaics. you can make them yourself. search for 'andrea mosaic' software - it's free and it will create the mosaic for you.
