    O2 gigs in London £73 + £10 fees ..... !! = nearly €100 - You can fcuk right off !!!! Fleece the fans.......

Between that and taylor fcuking swift charging €150 in Croker, How will anyone afford to go to gigs anymore? Pure fcuking greed.

He pwomised Glen he'd come back and play.

Well he promised me and everyone else in the Marquee that he would not skip Ireland on the next tour

    I dont understand it .
They can play Krakow in Poland ,a pretty poor country where the tickets are 80 euro and they cant play Dublin ?

That's pretty reasonable for the O2 to be fair.

Do people just ignore that it may also be the promoters not doing their bit to book them?

Is it annoying? Yeah. Are we entitled to a show? Not a hope.

Hey lads, I'm thinking of going to the shows Prague, Krakow and Berlin shows. Would this be feasible? They're three cities I'd like to see but not sure if I'd get tickets for each show. Thanks.

One of the touring fans might possibly be organising a bus to do that three. It’s happened few times before. I did it once and it’s great fun but tough to sleep :)

Thanks man, I forgot to mention I'm not in the 10 club, so will it be a struggle for me to get tickets for those shows?

Not at all. I’d avoid 10c anyways. Just go to the local promoters in each country.
Again those fb groups can help you with ticket advice and probably tickets

Only reason I think there might be something to it is cos the ed shows this summer. They allowed the Florence show which was a festival he headlined, sell out before they announced the rest of the European dates.
So they have previous from only a few months ago

Scotland hasn’t had a gig in 18 years

I was complaining earlier in fb that they weren’t coming here.

    My pal simply said
Fvck pearl jam making me go to a deadly town I’ve never been to like Barcelona to see them play. Fvck them for making me go on holiday to Spain!

    Paraphrasing but he’s right.

Won't disagree about the creature of habit bit. The biggest shock for me is that there's no Sweden date (let alone Scandanavia), and also France.

going to the foo fighters on the 19th June in Manchester, tempted to go to PJ on the 18th and then get a train to Manchester. Do they run 24 hours in the UK ??. Hotel prices around the o2 for the 18th are high enough.

Festival is in Alges, slightly West of the city. There's a train station right outside, trains often go there all day so very easy to get to. Coming from it'll be packed so I suggest Uber for this. Just get picked up under/near the big bridge you've to walk over.

Accommodation, we stayed in city centre bout 15 minute walk from Cais de Sodre, but was 10 minute walk up from next stop down (Santos). Staying in that neck of the woods is very handy, between Alges/Belem to Cais de Sodre really. Easy to get to fest, easy to get around city also.
