little tiny redish bugs all over my beans

its doing my head. I go out everyday and kill them with my fingers. Hundreds at a time. they are eating the two big leaves on my new bean plants. they just keep coming. I dont have any room to plant a well balanced garden to promote predetors. so I need a bug spray that does not damage the plant?

I heard a load of nettles in a bucket of water left for 3 weeks and pour it on the little fúckers

they are really tiny. some are black and some are red.
