Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello there.
Im planning on doing a 2 storey extension to the rear of my house.

My architect informs me that the ground floor extension is 32.7 meters squared and the 1st floor extension is 25.3 meteres squared.

Total of 58 meters squared or 625 square feet approx.

Whats the going rate for building per square foot in Dublin at present.

I want to start setting my money aside for various things, but mainly the building work.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.:)

For turnkey i.e. total finish including flooring decoration - just move in finish - around €2k/m2

200 approx equates to €2k m2 . I should stress this rate has been typical in Dublin during the recently departed good times . Expect a drop of 15-20% but not much more . Drop too low and the builder won't be able to complete the works
