    They are around the St Stephen's Green area, and are free of charge!

    I was wandering around St Stephen's Green yesterday, and asked for a lift to Brown Thomas, but the driver wasn't allowed to drive through Grafton Street, sob!

    I used them a fair bit last summer, they're a good laugh like. Use to throw the driver like 2 euro to be sound.

    In my experiece, they love when some one actually takes a lift, cause the rest of the time they're just left to sit around all day.
