Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have 9 inch by 2 inch ceiling joists and have quite a lot of space in the attic

I hope to use the attic area for storage
How do board the floor of attic and at the same time meet/exceed the regulations in insulating the ceiling. Is there any material that will meet the regs and fit into the 9 inches!!!

I have not yet insulated the attic

    As always
    thanks a mill!!!

9" deep, 10cm of polyiso will equal 30cm of fibreglass, that will meet the regs, you could fit 15cm (6") of pollyiso, that would leave space to run electrical and plumbing etc under the new floor.
