Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looks like a good channel, must have a closer look tomorrow - just wanted to note that the DF's press-ups and sit-ups have to be performed in a certain way, examples of these can be seen here http://www.military.ie/careers/fitness.htm

Yea,the sit ups are performed with the hands on the thighs, moving them up the legs.Push-ups are pretty much the same though.

I find the Irish sit-ups a doddle, can push out 45 in a min easy.Push-ups I am sh!te at!He says in them videos that you will be pushing out 30+ in 4 weeks with his method easy.

Have to say, SSGT. Ken just makes it look so easy! Interesting progressive push up that.
